Our Young Leaders Programme offers young people the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with children while developing essential leadership skills through a variety of engaging activities and sessions. Participants will work throu …moregh a Young Leaders Handbook throughout the week, assisting with the delivery of sessions led by our TayPlay Activity Leaders. Upon completion of the programme, they will receive a certificate recognising their achievement. TayPlay Young Leaders will support the delivery of a wide range of activities and sessions. Starting with warm ups and morning energisers and then building up to eventually leading their own planned sessions, all with the help of their on-site mentor.
