TayPlay Activity Camps – Quick Booking & Refund FAQ

πŸ§’ Minimum Age:

Children must be 5+ (school term after they turn 5) or 4Β½ for half-day sessions at selected venues. Young leaders 12-14 years only.

πŸ’³ When do I pay?

Full cleared payment is required 4 days before camp. Pending childcare voucher payments are not cleared. No payment = no entry. You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been received by us.

🏦 Payment options:

Card, bank transfer, childcare vouchers, student finance, or tax-free childcare accepted.

πŸ” What if I cancel?

  • 14+ days before: Full refund
  • 13–8 days: 100% credit
  • 7–4 days: 50% credit
  • 3–0 days: No refund or credit

πŸ€’ If my child is sick?

Full credit note will be given with a doctor’s note/medical paperwork proof only.

πŸ• If TayPlay cancels?

You’ll get a full refund, credit or transfer to an alternative venue.
